Reality show starts filming in Naples

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. -- Chuck Ardezzone, one of the founders of ITZ Studios, and his production company have a mission to show the world Naples, Florida. "We have the best women in Southwest Florida," says Ardezzone.

Their newest show is all about the women - the housewives of Naples, Florida. "Really, really strong opinionated women. They look good, they have great style, they're smart, they're literally what reality TV shows were made of."

ITZ went through an in depth casting process, starting out with 50 women who all wanted a chance to be on the show. Ultimately 11 women were cast. The show will be shot throughout Naples. From here, with the shops and restaurants at Mercato, to our beautiful beaches and Fifth Avenue. All to give viewers a true look into the life of a Naples wife.

Meet two of the wives. "Actually, my husband said - after the show, Naples will never be the same and I do believe that," said Carole Allen.

"Another one of lives adventures. I have no idea where it will lead or what it will do for me personally but I know at a minimum it will give some exposure to the fabulous charities that I love," said Nannette Staropoli, owner of MARKIT Group in Naples.

And they all expect it to be entertaining and dramatic. But firs the television show needs to be shot, then picked up by a network. "Fingers crossed. There's buzz with the network execs already," says Ardezzone.
